I'm an obese amerimutt and these were my last words before the local democracy officer shoved me into a meat grinder to make a sustainable alternative to beef
i don't have android actually i just know if their existence. i'm interkeksted in making one myself in the future which would also double as a vidlii clone
I'm a chud who lifts weights, and I'm decently strong and muscular, but I don't think I'll ever be truly strong. I suspect my peak will be dissapointing.
Absolute Bullshittery and Hopium Peddling. If you don't use perfect form every single time, you've wasted the entire day and you have to start from square one. Improvement is a fucking lie and anyone trying to sell you on the idea that you can improve is just trying to grift you for something that you probably can't afford to give them.
Knives Out Front, ChristNigger. Lifting doesn't stop anything and it doesn't make you immune to the next Chemical Rocket Attack.
Great guide to lifting, I wish I had something like this when I was in college. I was 5'11", 155 lbs from like 2016 until 2023. On my first real deployment I had the time, sleep, and food to go crazy hard at the gym with a buddy who'd been a college athlete and had enough decent advice to help me jump to 175 lbs in 6 months, almost all muscle. After deployment I plateaued hard, probably from a mix of not enough food and not pushing sets to failure. End of last year I started watching Jeff Nippard's stuff, and even though he sounds like the physical embodiment of the nerd emoji his focus on pushing to failure helped me rebuild my workout plan. Been on a bulk since summer, currently at 183, looking to get to 190 then cut to 185. Definitely doesn't hurt that my wife cooks for me now and so I get to bulk on homemade meals all the time. Haven't gotten into the rucking side yet but my cut should coincide with the start of spring and be the perfect opportunity to storm past the crackheads at 5 AM
Great guide, but is there really a problem of our guys shitting on exercise? Haven’t noticed this, quite the opposite in fact. It seems we tend to be the soldiers, the bodybuilders, the boxers, the powerlifters of the internet, by and large. Even the scrawny lads around our circles seem to be aware/ashamed of their lack of iron pumping.
Have a lot more respect for your writing now that you’ve shared your lifting numbers.
I was black pilling about writing after seeing how many essayists discussing manhood have a body that looks like a melted ice cream cone (to quote Dom Mazzetti). Always good to see someone walking the walk.
You weren't a believer when Layne quoted his nick size on the previous long article? I've been a hardcore believer in this blokes genuine-ness was when he mentioned what he likes to get up to in the shower.
It sounds retarded but I credit David Goggins with the mindset shift that made me leave the left, I was basically a communist before that. That being said I ran a 100 mile race a couple years ago because I read his book, and it was not fucking worth it. The years of training makes you look like a holocaust actor, the actual race fucked up my tendons for 3-4 months, and it does not help with getting pussy at all. Just lift
Its a lot easier to run distance if you only weigh 135 lbs. The rest is just doing XC/Track for 10 years to build up baseline cardio (my peak VO2 max was ~70) and leg durability.
I don’t have a membership while at home for the holidays so like what do I even do? I’ve been doing different types of pushups and squatting heavy things but I’m worried about my back muscles
Back muscles are notoriously hard to train because they’re almost always just stabilizer muscles on a lift, you can do bodyweight exercises to use them tho.
Pushups are obviously awesome, you can do pull-ups on a (strong) tree branch or something, and don’t forget about stuff like chair dips. Look up the “hotel room workouts” or “prison workouts” for ideas
I think the end-of-historyism that was the prevailing wind until only just recently has a lot to do with the sedentary lifestyle on the alt-right. The presupposed belief that technology will continue to advance unabated makes it unfathomable that the lights might go off one day and you need the ability to act in 3 dimensional space
A true chud would never pay for YouTube premium
I love Youtube premium

At least I didn’t have to watch an unskippable ad before getting mulched
there's apps and adblockers that can do that for free
Getcho green text bubble ahh on down the road…

YOU'RE NOT A CHUD AT ALL!!1
Tsmt!

Only way to know is to reach it, I suspect you'll have nothing to be disappointed by if you don't stop pushing for it.

Lol
I'm right and you know it, ChristNigger. Improvement is a lie. Nothing has ever gotten better.

Follow-up, you better link the atmospheric dungeon synth playlist...
You beat me to it! Definitely required.
IFunny user here. We really love Hybrid Calisthenics since he always posts insanely good videos compared to the featured memes we are use to.

“Combat sports” and pure lifting doesn’t draw much attention, but ball sports do

My what?
Without going into too much detail, the high fiber diet and the shower grate combination.

I cannot even comprehend a 100 mile race. The farthest I’ve ever run was 10 and that was soul crushing

I think a lot of XC guys are unhealthy skellymaxxers but that is still quite the achievement
